Our plants are shipped in pots and a soil mix designated for the species. Using the appropriate soil is critical for healthy root function, moisture management, and overall plant resilience, giving you the best chance for success.
Your order includes a helpful plant care guide with essential tips for light, water, and general maintenance for your new addition.

SHIPPING POLICY
 
Standard shipping: Plants will arrive in 5-7 business days. 
Priority shipping: Plants will arrive in 2-5 business days.
Winter Shipping (Recommended for Frost-Tender Plants): To protect plants from cold during transit, we highly recommend adding a 72-hour heat pack and Priority shipping. (Please contact us if you need assistance).
Weather Delays: We reserve the right to postpone shipping during inclement weather to ensure plant safety. You will be notified if your shipment is delayed.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the USA only.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
 
- No returns on live plants.
- Plant Damaged in Transit or loss of package? Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos. We will help you to file a claim.
- Unsatisfied? Message us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
