SHIPPING POLICY
 
Standard shipping: Plants will be shipped bare-root. We do not wash or trim roots.
 
Priority shipping: Plants will be shipped in pot and soil.
 
Order Verification: Please double-check your order details and personal information before submitting.
 
Winter Shipping (Recommended for Frost-Tender Plants): To protect plants from cold during transit, we highly recommend adding a 72-hour heat pack and Priority shipping. (Please contact us if you need assistance).
 
Weather Delays: We reserve the right to postpone shipping during inclement weather to ensure plant safety. You will be notified if your shipment is delayed.
 
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the USA only.
