-Winter Shipping (Recommended for Frost-Tender Plants): To protect plants from cold during transit, we highly recommend adding a 72-hour heat pack and Priority shipping. (Please contact us if you need assistance).
-Weather Delays: We reserve the right to postpone shipping during inclement weather to ensure plant safety. You will be notified if your shipment is delayed.
-Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the USA only.

RETURN or REFUND:
-No return for live plants. We always encourage you to reach out when you need help. But we cannot be responsible for outcomes after 7 days.
-In rare case there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately after package arrives within 3 days. We will do our best to assist you with a claim for if plant is damaged or lost during shipping.
