SHIPPING POLICY: We ship ALL plants in their growing media and pots, with exceptions of: 1) bareroot shipping is preferred by buyers; 2) weight limit is reached; 3) cuttings of a plant. Standard Shipping: Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping via USPS first-class or UPS Ground-savings. Delivery is expected in 3-7 business days. Priority Shipping: For faster delivery, or shipping with a 72hr heat pad in winter, days, select "Priority Shipping" at checkout. We will be using USPS priority or UPS Ground. Delivery will be expected in 2-5 business days. Express Shipping: Please contact us to request for 3-Day Express or 2nd-Day Air delivery request. To minimize stress on the plants, we do not perform root-washing, and we have discontinued shipping plants in bare-roots. This ensures a much better outcome during transit, and an easy transition for your new plants at their new home. Winter Shipping Considerations: During colder months, we highly recommend a 72-hour heating pad and Priority Shipping for frost-sensitive plants. This protects the plants from potential cold damage during transit. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship only within the United States. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, additional shipping and handling fees may apply. We will contact you with available shipping options and associated costs. We take great care in packing and selecting the most appropriate shipping methods to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition.
RETURN POLICY Live Plants: We do not accept returns for live plants. Seeds: If seeds are damaged during shipping, we offer exchanges or refunds. Please contact us to resolve the issue. Damaged or Lost Items: In the rare event of an issue with your order, please contact us immediately within 3 days of the package's arrival. We will work with you to file a claim if the plant is damaged or lost during shipping and do our best to assist you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and fairly.
