**RETURN & REFUND POLICY**
 
- **No returns** on live plants.
- **Damaged in Transit?** Contact us **immediately** (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos to file a claim.
- **Unsatisfied?** Keep the plant **unpotted and dry**, and message us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
