SHIPPING policy:
1. We ship bare-roots but We do not wash or trim roots.
2. Please double-check your order details and personal info. before submitting order.
3. ***Winter shipping***A 72hr Heating Pad and an upgrade to priority shipping is highly recommended to ensure safe delivery for frost tender plants. (Please reach out if you need a heat pad)
4. We will notify you if shipping postponement is necessary due to inclement weather.
5. WE SHIP USA ONLY. We will take the health and safety of the plant as priority when it comes to packing and making shipping decisions.

TIPS for NEW PLANTS:
-A copy of "Care Instructions For your new cactus and succulent" from our nursery will be included in your package. Please follow the instructions.

RETURN & PLANT HEALTH POLICY:
1. No Returns on Live Plants: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns.
2. We're Here to Help: We strongly encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns about your plants' care upon arrival. We're happy to provide support!
3. Limited Responsibility Window: While we strive for perfect shipments, we cannot be responsible for plant outcomes after 7 days from delivery. Plant health depends heavily on post-delivery care and environment.
4. Shipping Damage or Loss: If your plant arrives damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
